Invited mobile kitchens gather several times a week, in one place, at different locations, so that you can sample their innovative menus with your family and friends. Pick from a variety of menu options, while sitting together in one place. Try Asian/Latin fusion, Mexican gourmet, Chinese food, Costa Rican fusion, East Indian cuisine,a variety of BBQ, vegetarian dishes, vegan, gluten free, hot dogs, soy dogs, salads, Southwest, shrimp tacos, steamed mussels, meatball sandwiches, grilled cheeses, pizza pies, samosas, maduras, empanadas, gallo pinto, cupcakes, sweet pies, creme brulee, and much more.
The Tucson Food Truck Roundup is looking for new sites with sufficient parking for the trucks and for the public. We do cross promotion with businesses since there is a significant following for the food trucks. Roundups typically occur within the Sunday-through-Thursday time frame, but occasionally on the weekends, too.
